With great air quality, great plants for office desk can help make your work environment more pleasant. It’s important to have a great place to work, no matter where you are working from! We’ve put together this list of great plants that will help improve the air quality in your home.

No matter what type of office you work in, whether it is a big office with lots of other people or a home office just by yourself, plants are great to have around. The right plants can help with great air quality and make your work environment more pleasant.
Not only that but they help to remove toxins and other nastiness from the air and even that is blown in from open windows. So they can help to purify the air, increase oxygen levels and make the space feel more natural and pleasant.

Great plants for the office desk

Now you can add almost any plant to a desk and it will do a great job. But there are some beauties that stand out a little more because they help with that air quality as well as looking smart. Some are also very easy to keep and need
minimal maintenance to thrive.

Aloe Vera
This great indoor plant is great for everyone! Aloe vera has a very nice look to it with its long, spiky leaves. It looks great as decoration but also does great things for the air quality in your office or home.
Aloe Vera likes bright light so you can place them pretty close to your desk or computer. They help with great air quality and also have the added benefit of being a great first aid plant for when you get cuts or burns!

Bamboo Palm
This is another great looking indoor plant that does a great job at improving your office’s air quality in no time at all.
The bamboo palm is one of the easiest great plants for office desks to grow and maintain. It only needs a great amount of indirect sunlight, an occasional drink of water and that’s about it!

Peace Lily
Peace Lilies are great indoor houseplants that are great for removing toxins from the air as well as increasing oxygen levels. They also look very good on your office or home desk because of their great, big leaves. They are great at removing toxins like formaldehyde and benzene from the air. They also look great in your office or home with an upright growth habit that looks great on a desk!

Ponytail Palm
Another great looking indoor plant for guys and gals is the Ponytail palm. It has many great benefits and great looking leaves, being a little larger than some of the plants. One of the great things about this plant is that it can help to remove xylene from your office. It also does a good job at removing formaldehyde too so is another great indoor houseplant for helping with air quality in your home or office space.

Gerbera Daisy
One great indoor plant idea for your desk is the Gerbera Daisy. This great houseplant requires quite a bit of sunlight so you won’t be able to place it too close to where you sit but, boy does it look good! If you are looking for great plants that cleanse the air, this one is great at removing benzene from the air. You can also remove xylene and formaldehyde.

Lucky Bamboo
This is another great plant that requires almost no maintenance at all to look great in your office or home desk space. Lucky bamboo does great things for improving  air quality so it makes great sense to have it on your desk!
Lucky Bamboo is great because you can grow it in water so no soil or worry about roots growing through wires.

Spider Plant
This great indoor plant does great things for your office or home desk space because of its great air quality benefits. They also do well in low light conditions which is perfect for those who like to work in darker rooms as well as great for people who like to keep their office or home on the dimmer side.

Cactus
Cacti are great indoor plants that require little to no maintenance and remove great air pollutants from the atmosphere.
They look great, don’t need much water which makes them very easy to grow too so they make great houseplants for someone on the go.
